We greatly appreciate your understanding regarding the implementation of our policies, which are designed to enhance customer satisfaction, provider availability, and the overall client experience.

  • Appointments canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time will incur a cancellation fee equal to 35% of the services booked or 35% of applicable membership credits.
  • If an appointment is rescheduled more than once within the 24-hour window, a fee equal to 35% of the services booked or membership credits will also apply.
  • To avoid cancellation fees, please cancel or reschedule your appointment online or by phone at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time.
  • These policies help us maintain provider availability and ensure the highest quality experience for all clients.

Pausing a Membership

We would like to inform you that our membership policy allows for a pause of up to 60 days with a 2-week written notice sent to [email protected]. During this pause period, the membership will be temporarily suspended. However, it's important to note that once the pause is lifted, the membership cannot be cancelled for at least 30 days.

Membership Cancellation

Your membership must be active for a minimum of 30 days before cancellation is possible. This means that you cannot cancel a membership that is currently inactive. We have this requirement in place to ensure that you have ample time to utilize all of your credits before deciding to cancel, thus preventing any loss of credit.

It's important to note that once your membership cancellation is finalized, all credits associated with your account will be removed. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter.
